Front office is truly a good initiative for giving quality service to the general public,but its only a tip of the iceberg,for effective service delivery the main office should be strengthened by employing enough staff and through the timely completion of computerisation of lsgi"s`.IKM has not taken the computerisation as a mission and its service delivery output is annoying.The front office order says that the front office should be equipped with computer that has internet connectivity,and the deputy directors have ordered that every office should have internet connection,but the computers installed in lsgi dont have any sort of licensed anti virus protection,and the government havent given any sort of order to these lsgs for procuring anti virus solutions.many computers installed are affected by virus and who is responsible for the data loss of the concerned panchayat,is it the local gov or the state government or ikm? by these the speed of service delivery is affected at times.

'Front Office is indeed a 'friend'office when we keep the time'.With shortage of STAFF in back office(Now Main Office), support is a problem to the superwisors in most of the panchayts.With out the support of main office, superwisors can not keep the time of service or satisfy the public of Kerala State. Hope time will heal the problem.

ഫ്രെണ്ട് ഓഫീസ് വലിയ പ്രതീക്ഷകള്‍ ഉയര്‍ത്തിയിരുന്നു .പക്ഷെ നിര്‍ഭാഗ്യം എന്ന് പറയട്ടെ പല ഓഫീസ് കളിലും ഇന്ന് അത് നേരെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നില്ല .ബാക്ക് ഓഫീസില്‍ വന്നാലേ സേവനം കിട്ടു എന്ന സ്ഥിതി ആണ് പലയിടത്തും .സൂപ്പര്‍ വൈസ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടവര്‍ അത് ചെയ്യാത്തതാണ്‌ പ്രശ്നം .ഇങ്ങനെ പോയാല്‍ ഒന്നോ രണ്ടോ വര്‍ഷത്തിനുള്ളില്‍ ഫ്രെണ്ട് ഓഫീസിന്റെ മരണ മണി മുഴങ്ങും
