Faculty position in Financial Management
Essential Qualification:
The faculty with basic qualification of M.Com [Finance], MBA [Finance], M.A. [Public Finance], or CA/ICWA (Inter). The faculty needs to have demonstrable experience in the following areas:
- Minimum three years experience in designing and implementing training and capacity building activities.
- Minimum three years experience in public finance management including budgeting, accounts keeping and audit.
- Knowledge of the planning process in local bodies.
- Ability to build capacity and train various stakeholders of local bodies
- Good written and oral communication skills in English & Malayalam.
- Good computer skills
Desired:
Experience in national/international projects relating to local bodies.
Experience and knowledge on the decentralization systems.
Contract
The contract is intended for a period of one year but likely to be extended based on innovations, if any, evolved during the tenure. The faculty is eligible for a consolidated pay of Rs 25,000 pm; but commensurate with qualification and experience.
