In view of institutionalising the local governance system, KILA is developing Manuals on 12 core areas under KLGSDP. Some of the Manuals are already completed and others are nearing completion. In order to impart trainings on these Manuals, KILA is looking for experienced trainers having thorough knowledge in local governance system and concerned Manuals. The potential trainers will be imparted Training of Trainers (ToT) and selected based on the performance in ToT. Those who are interested as trainers and willing to participate in the ToT may send Expression of Interest (EoI) in the prescribed format enclosed along with this letter.
